My name is Azure Jane Lunatic, Azz for short. In the sense that your "real name" is the one you identify with and answer to, this is my real name. (The name on my ID is something else. I use that one for work and taxes, and not much else.) My primary internet presence is here on Dreamwidth.

Please do not pull me into any sex- or gender-based "safe spaces". I am genderqueer enough to be made profoundly uncomfortable by anything longer than a temporary visit, no matter how much I like the people involved. I identify as geek first; all else is situational and therefore fluid (and it gets slipperier the more pressure it's put under, making it "lube" in the game of "lube/not-lube"). In general, plural pronouns are safe; friends and other people who know me are welcome to go with pronouns appropriate to presented gender. My title/honorific is Rev.

I do on occasion issue warnings for things that I link to. In general, NSFW is anything I think that you should view with caution based on your surroundings. NSFEV is Not Safe for eternal_vows -- it may be safe for a workplace or a jaded internet citizen, but possibly not for a sheltered young teenager or my mom. I am more likely to warn for gross content than sexually explicit content. I base my warnings on presumed audience -- I know there are people sensitive to this, that, and the other, but I don't always know everything. I should at some point write up a more thorough description of the warnings I tend to give and why.

Regarding grossness and sex:
I am jaded to goatse.cx; I have seen Tubgirl; I know what 2Girls1Cup is; I know what 1man1jar is; the lotus breast is a photoshop; I help administrate beginningcocks. All this means that my grossness thresholds are entirely possibly not yours, and things I consider mildly gross but mostly amusing may be your bulletproof squick.

Sex education and safety is vital to people of all ages, and if you practice kink, please be risk-aware, sane, and consensual.
