DW-centric fannish comm inquiry

What is there, on Dreamwidth, for pan-fannish resource communities? I've been looking through http://www.dreamwidth.org/interests?int=fandom, and there are a lot of specific things, but no real active Single Directory of Awesome, and no pan-fandom anyone-allowed fic rec comms. (The one general fic rec comm looked promising but it was "anyone can sign up to recommend fics -- I don't want to sign up, I want to recommend fics as I find a cluster of two or three, no pressure on me -- if I have to sign up for a regular schedule I am so not interested.)

If you have resources, ping foxfirefey, as she's looking for fannish-specific, DW-specific, general "this is awesome/thought-provoking/fun/great" resources. (Metafandom is not what she's looking for, quite, as it's meta-only, and while it's DW-friendly, it's not DW-centric.)
