Overload
I spent most of the day reading.
I have an extremely pared-down private list on Twitter, and that's about what I can handle right now.
I finished three library books, did a few quilt stitches, did three times as much Duolingo as usual, and took a long bath.
I have a moisturizer routine now. Rah swears by CeraVe, and while my need for a routine is based on yeeting my ovaries vs. nuking sweat glands into oblivion, it's a decent recommendation.
Right now I'm in various states of sticky and post-sticky: lanolin based bag balm on my feet, voltaren gel on my knees, rose scented lotion on my hands, CeraVe on my face, and lip balm.
I have to be up tomorrow morning for an appointment ride. I'm probably going to break out the Sleep With Me podcast, which is the big guns.
