First and foremost, marxdarx will be moving in with us. His mother won't be happy. Oh fucking well. He'll be coming with us when we go to California. He's part of the family, and neither she nor I is letting go. How are we going to fit his stuff in here? Very easily. She's running all over with a giddy grin and a measuring tape.

Second, I've been babbling back and forth with boojum about this and that.

Third, relatively new LJ friend sithjawa and I are magic-geeking here and here. Delightful, and soaking up much of my creative energy. Mmm, geekery.

I don't know if I'd call it talent, per se. Perhaps Talent is accurate, I suppose, and I've referred to it that way before, if you understand the distinction...anyway, yes, you do. Do I know where your ability lies? Nope. But it's there. You're a distraction to magic workers because you *glow*, darlin'. If you're anywhere around someone who can See, there's going to be a constant flicker in the corner of their eye, a constant sense of Presence. See, I could say to another pagan that you think loudly, and they'd know what I mean...it's not that we can hear those thoughts so much as FEEL you thinking them. Your presence pushes, makes itself known, cannot be ignored.

*shrug* And that's all She tells me.

Now, from me, personally--all I know of you, Ish, tells me that you could do good Work if you needed to. You have a strong will and a skill with words; combine that with a knowledge of the way the energies work, and you could go far.
