Contributing factors to this breakdown include:

Not enough hugs
Being alone much of the weekend (digitalambience has stopped pinging as part of the household, and is still probably the main reason I'm mostly all right)
Reading The Falcon at the Portal
The general absence of Darkside
Bitchy Witchy Week on both my part and votania's part, and leaky shields
A deep-seated fear of being shut-out and alone
