You should have seen my early writing with rosalynde. That had some scary sentence fragments. I think I was doing a very poor stylistic imitation of Mercedes Lackey. Now, I think in Bujold-character thoughts.

When I'm writing or thinking with an unusual number of sentence fragments, I'm usually being affected by either The Moon is a Harsh Mistress or Emergence. The latter, in particular, also instigates dramatic speech-pattern changes when I reread it.
