Shelli was a great manager, and she really liked me :) She was helping drivethru out one day in summer during a huge rush, and a customer ended up having to wait 5 minutes for grill chicken, so they were asked to go park so the employees could help the people behind them (a drive thru person takes the food out as soon as it's ready for those unfamiliar with McDonald's drive thru) they refused. Shelli told them to go park, they still refused. She offered them their money back, they said no. So the guy in the car behind them got out, comes in and orders 2 large cones. Shelli felt sorry for the guy, so she gave them to him for free, he came back in and ordered the largest chocolate shake he could get, once again she gave it to him for free. Next thing you know, there's a scream from drive thru (they left the window open), so everyone looks out... the guy had poured the shake all over the customer's car, and was smearing teh cones all over it as well. He got his money back for his food as the person finally went to park...
