For a second there, as I passed this in my friends page, I thought it read "Semetic-Pragmatic Disorder"

Did - there are articles on it on the Hyperlexia website. If you look at the generalities of it, it appears to fit me, but only because in general, *everyone* in the autistic spectrum definitially has semantic-pragmatic difficulties. However, if you read the article on the hyperlexia.org website, listing off more specifically the traits that someone with semantic-pragmatic disorder would have as opposed to someone with hyperlexia (which I do have, as I started reading sometime around the age of 2; no one is certain - I was two when they *noticed* I was actually reading and not just repeating memorized books, because they caught me reading a newspaper comic strip), you realize that it just doesn't suit me.

Thanks, though!!! :)

Ah. Silly me. I'm entirely too egocentric. ::blush::
