This is a good thing though, what Ogg needs is a larger userbase, and a half million people wanting to listen to phoneposts on LJ is nothing to snear at(and LJ not having to pay 2% of its revenues to Fraunhofer IIS-A and Thomson is not a bad thing either)
I don't listen to music on this computer, so WinAmp would be bit of an overkill. (Yes, I'm weird that way, too.) Didn't find anything really bare-bones on a cursory look at the vorbis site. Ah well.
