Well, the general idea is that finally Darkside will see what he's been missing out on, and fall for me.

He dreamed that he and I would be together; that's where he knew me from. I saw him in a vision, once.
Tuesday morning, he dreamed a knock on the door, and when he opened it, Darkside stood there, and said, "Greetings." Adam realized he needed to wake up, and did.
Interesting, if you think about it symbolically.
