They were sold out of the nice milk chocolate chips on sale when I got there, but they did have some semi-sweet at the same price. I'd been going to stock up on the milk chocolate, but semi-sweet is not the same, so I only got two.

August Gosanko is incredible, Gosankane' is a doting wife who worries about her husband working too hard, the chocolates there are incredible. The sugarless chocolates are divine. Mr. Gosanko has a degree in art, and it's just that he sculpts chocolate candy molds of all kinds of animals and flowers and things instead of granite or brass or other forms.

I mean, where can I get white, semi-sweet or dark chocolate molded candy bowls filled with hand-made assorted truffles for under $20? They will ship....... Don't you deserve some incredible chocolate (say a wolf howling at the moon) for Lupercalia? And if you check out their web-site you can see that they use your favorite chocolate as their base :)
