This is a workplace, and therefore there are other people than you who are trying to talk on the phones. Your voice is naturally loud. Could you, therefore, manage to keep your face inside your assigned area, rather than leaning insanely far back in your chair and addressing the entire area?

As if that weren't enough, today I was actually seated far enough away from you that I should not have been able to hear you. But, surprise surprise, who did I hear bright and early this morning? Oh yes. You.
You may wish to consider getting your throat modified by a qualified plastic surgeon before someone less qualified (ie, one of the many co-workers you've managed to piss off, even the most easy-going lady in the workplace) does this for you.
