I was mugged by my allergies this afternoon while getting ready for work. I had ten minutes left before I was supposed to leave, and I spent seven of them sneezing miserably, and then seven more in near-tears about the sneezing, it was so intense. I could breathe, but I hated the loss of control where I was just doubled over sneezing uncontrollably.

I had a few moments like that at work as well. It takes me a good half hour to recover from a sneezing fit, so when trystan_laryssa introduced her Dungeon Master to me by the time I did arrive at work, I was still looking ill and/or devastated. And I was sneezing my brains out even before time for the mid-point break.

Ugh.

Thank gods that I have so many handkerchiefs.
