I'm thinking it's either Mirror Dance or Brothers in Arms. I seem to recall it's when Miles and Galeni are imprisoned together in London.

That scene's in Brothers in Arms, but I was remembering it as Memory, so it's probably Brothers in Arms, because as I recall, Galeni and Miles don't get to spend much time together in Mirror Dance, mostly because he's dead.

Yup...it's definitely Brothers in Arms, specifically when the two are being held by said father(I think).
