Shopping
It's definitely more of an adventure when everybody decides to go shopping... and onlookers only see one lone Lunatic wandering the aisles, thinking deeply about what selections to make.
Last night's shopping featured mostly Naomi and Marah trying to get housewares. They did wind up looking at lipstick, though, and Naomi had to re-arrange all the lipstick so it was sorted properly so we could figure out what color it was that we were looking for. We didn't wind up getting any, though.
I'm thinking it may be time to give the girls an allowance.
Naomi got to drive part of the way home. She just needs to learn to let the body's driving instincts take over, and not be so high-strung over the whole affair. We got a glimpse of our face in the rearview mirror, and she was doing that thing where her eyebrows have hit the ceiling and the eyes are wide open. We refueled, which is only fair after we got stuck in that traffic jam so the library/shoes errand took two hours instead of half an hour.
