That was almost a month ago.

It was in Houston, TX according to this.
Not that they couldn't have done something here, but if you enlarge the picture using whatever program you like and either live in or recently lived in Texas(such as I have), you'll see that the plate is definitely a Texas plate on the car in the foreground on the right. It also has window stickers in the right places for Texas.
