Program error, right in the middle of editing my friends filters. I think that I will make special filters for viewing purposes, for one-time [few-time] uses for some pic junkies who do tend to make the rest of the stuff on the friends page hard to read. I still read the offending entries, if they interest me... and it's not always pics. Sometimes it's bad HTML (Bad HTML! No biscuit!) especially from quizzes, or long lj-cut tags...

In any case, IE (why don't I get a *real* browser? because I'm lazy) seems to be working again...

IE spazzed out when I was setting up friends filters, too. (In my case it was so I could shield entries from IRL friends who have LJs.)

When I tried to select a lot of people at once, to transfer onto my new 'net-only' list, it made me close the program.

Close program. Open program. Log in. Set up friends list. Error message. Repeat ad nauseum.

Eventually I had to click each person individually to add them. Time consuming and annoying, but it placated IE.

I should really switch to Netscape or something, but I just can't bring myself to use a browser which supports the blink tag.

The meanest problem with Netscape that I've found is that if you select all in a field, and then press the backspace key, it crashes the program.

Particularly annoying when deleting a double-post.
