Heat

By sundown, it was down to 105°F out today.

I'm staying inside, thank you very much, for as much of the time as I think I can get away with. Work has powerful air conditioning.

Commuting by foot is so much fun.

I don't think I'd be able to go about in shorts at 30 anymore.

It's been around 90 here. Fortunately we have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and we're keeping the lights off as much as possible. It seems to help. It's actually been unpleasantly cool a couple of times, but I'm not messing with it. It needs all the buffer it can get for when the heat seeps in.

I wish my climate control were actually, you know, controllable other than on/off. Wasting power here.
