And oh yeah, the differences in food styles may be more of a location thing than anything else. There isn't one "Chinese" style; China has many provinces and each province has its own style of cooking.

Also, Chinese cooking in places like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, or anywhere else would be quite different from Chinese cooking in China.
