*sigh* I love talking to friends I haven't seen in years.
we've got things in common still. Our friendship ... we knew each other for three weeks, never having set eyes on each other before, and at the end of the three weeks, we cried when we had to leave, because we knew we'd most likely not see each other again for years.
but when we do see each other, we can still take up a conversational thread we left off years ago and talk about it. We're going to be friends forever, because while we may have no real interests in common anymore, we still have each other in common and we can find new common interests.
