You know, I thought it was weird that my favorite band (R.E.M.) didn't end up on the list, and I realize it's because they weren't ever anything but a really good band -- they didn't introduce me to anything new, no one important started me listening to them, and I listened to them alone more than I ever had other people around me who felt the same about them. Really, collecting all their import singles was a very lonely obsession.

Execpt for one song: "I am Superman" with you guys.
