And the way he presented it, it sounded like it was sheerly for the purpose of stirring up shit with her supervisors; when I attempted to make action focused on him (he being the squeaky wheel) he backed down.

He had no way of knowing that in fact I *know* her and think that she is a damn good worker despite the fact that we do not get on socially at all. So I am not pleased.
