I was actually thinking that, after I made the earlier comment... Most of the basics are on the website. The email list is mostly a motivating tool and a reminder. It wouldn't be too hard, once you've become familiar with the system, to just use it on your own. You could just make up some charts and tables to set it up to fit you, and go from there.
