It would be really nice if I could get the sup to see the light about accessibility issues the same way he does customer advocacy. Should come naturally to him.

His extensive training in the field of customer advocacy for not-so-technological customers in a highly technological field should apply very nicely to accessibility advocacy for disabled/etc. customers in the same kind of technological field.
