Er. Beware of snakes?

Via hakeber beckyzoole (woops, wrong person right general name!), who had the excellent timing to have this on my friends page just as I was finishing up reading a very, very intense SG-1 fic (with snakes in).

Perfect antidote to A Howling In The Factory Yard, which is the only fic that I have seen synecdochic issue warnings for.

That's hilarious. I love the way the reporter just keeps pattering away throughout -- with a giant snake undulating away around my package like that I would have been just absolutely mortified, I think.

Oddly enough, it did serve to increase my appreciate of and affection for snakes. I've been getting much more relaxed about snakes over the years...still can't tolerate spiders though.

When *I* was playing with an albino Burmese python in front of a camera, it didn't do that. *sniffle* I'm feeling so unloved.... *guffaws*
