Thank you for that earworm. Kinda really, kinda not. earworm=bad, music=good, so I'm left ambivilant about it all.

The Soul Coughing earworm, rather than the R.E.M. earworm? Because there are two in this load.

Ah, the Soul Coughing. See the subject of my comment - if not the same song, then at least from the same album: Ruby Vroom. I entirely missed the REM earworm!

I have them both on a Best Of, actually.

synecdochic posted a guide to her AIM away messages, a while back, and the poetry of "As the radioman says
it is 5AM and the sun has charred the other side of the world and come back to us and painted the smoke over our heads an imperial violet. It is 5 am and you are listening to Los Angeles" seduced me, so I found an album upon which it was so I could hear it too, since they'd already won me over with "16 Horses" and "Circles".
