Basically a truck stop, as best I can tell. The city itself is probably more than that, but I-5 doesn't actually go through any of the cities it serves between Stockton and Santa Clarita, pretty much.

Aha, so you're going that way. The Ren Faire is along that road, incidentally, near Gilroy / Hollister. (Casa De Frutas is the actual name of the place.)
