This is a nearly purely visual effect, relying on the similarity of the Dreamwidth swirly-d to a closed fist with the thumb extended. This is a refinement of

I am proud of the classical allusion. I don't believe that could have been improved upon much. However, the presentation could have been improved to better showcase the art.

This is simple and original. I chose to make a tradeoff between elaborate setup and simple punch, although this could also be presented with a long introduction. For reference, I included a FAQ with one definition, however, for best effect I should have also defined the Zero Wing reference either indirectly or directly (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_Wing or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_your_base_are_belong_to_us) The included FAQ was floating.

This is also original work, playing off current events. This required an elaborate setup, although even more setup/background is required when the audience is less familiar with domains and how they work. I would not recommend using this one on a non-technical audience as a general rule.

This is a return to basics. Pedestrian and not inspired.

This started as wordplay with an associated image, but the user re-greened to let us know that it was incredibly accurate.

This was a multiple-issue request, with the same user re-greening with more issues. Delicate timing was necessary for the first; the second was topical to a current holiday.
