Is it just me who's terribly confused by why this happened? http://community.livejournal.com/criticalfandom/3254.html

I don't know anything about the communities (or the people) involved, or the entry this objects to, but I'm wondering whether the maintainer meant "yes" when they wrote "no" in their answer to the "would this get you told off in..." hypothetical question.

They meant "no".

However, it was a "no" meant to convey that "if it's on topic for there, it's not on topic for here", rather than "if this will make the class rageface, it's perfect for here".

Left to myself, I never would have suspected that "penis puppetry" was an entire subgenre. But given the frequency with which it shows up on my friendslist, it must be.

Either that, or I've got a bunch of very strange people on my friendslist? (Nah. That couldn't POSSIBLY be it....)
