Seeing as I was present only when "it's a cornucopia of love!" became the topic, I would love to hear the story(ies) behind the rest of it. xD

I'm not sure about the "no burning down the channel", but that's kind of standard, it's just whatever we were doing when someone was to be leaving, I think.

The cloud one -- someone dropped in who wanted to know why Dreamwidth was not going with cloud hosting. They were pretty adamant that cloud hosting was amazing and avoided a fuckton of problems, and did not seem to want to accept any sort of answer except "Gee, we never saw it that way before, we should switch to cloud immediately."
