URL is actually https://www.facebook.com/notes/facebook-safety/controversial-harmful-and-hateful-speech-on-facebook/574430655911054. Also, I'm not sure whether what that post is saying "It's no longer OK", or "It was never OK, but our procedures and standards failed to catch that specific type of not-OK until now". (Not taking a stand on whether the latter accurately reflects what FB did, just that to me, it sounds closer to what they're saying.)
