Make sure, above all else, that the hallway track happens and has space to happen

• Lunch is sacrosanct: there will be no extra programming over lunch
• Lunch will be 1 hour, not less
• There will be breaks
• There will be at least 2 breaks
• There will be no extra programming encroaching into/onto/over breaks
• They may be no shorter than 10 minutes if absolutely necessary to reduce them
• Prepare to defend this with [committee chair]'s privilege, and also lasers
  • Azz can, given sufficient notice, arrange for lasers

If this is for a tech conference, one approach currently circling the smaller less corporate confs is a cycle of 30 minute talk followed by 30 minute break. Post-talk questions can happen in chats in the breaks.
