The motor oil note sort of thickens the musk note. It's like -- have you read the Wheel of Time series, where the dudes' Power is tainted by the evil, and you can't touch the power if you're a dude without getting some evil on you? Sort of like that.

I don't think there's musk in There's Water Here; it's a little more resinous of a base note. Maybe patchouli?
