Freakouts of the Moment

a) bills
b) despite having no beef with medical professionals in general, the prospect of interacting with them freaks me to the max
c) the hourly worker's medical calculations about how many hours of work lost to medical appointments vs. the extra cost of medical appointments vs. how much work lost longterm due to untreated conditions (system operating in degraded mode) vs. how much one would be pretty fucked if there were some medical emergency
d) the extra load of the extra freakouts means there is no room to maneuver gracefully and asking for help means minimum of freakout Thursday and freakout Tuesday (psych appointments 1 & 2 respectively)
e) am not super fond of spiders and it's spider season
f) do have: good number of hugging friends. do not particularly have: curl up next to and be petted for an hour local friends
g) there are enough things about which I could be having freakouts over that I am not actually capable of freaking out over all of them at once so stuff like dealing with my teeth, the level of housecleaning I want to accomplish, and my poor little car who really can't handle mountains very well anymore, have all got shoved down under the rest and are sort of subsumed in a general clanging panic of BILLS AND MEDICAL AND WORK
h) I don't know whether I'm doing the correct badgers at work to maybe get hired fulltime before my contract times out
i) cannot cope. off to mordor.
