I have provided them the URL of the survey popup.

They are now asking me to provide a screenshot.

I have communicated that I do not feel there is any further information that could be conveyed via screenshot that they do not already have access to via the URL, as they say they are getting the same error as me when visiting it.

I have also asked for a supervisor.
