Temperature

For whatever reason, my regular temperature these days seems to be at 99.1 F, which is an interesting change from my high school and just a year or so ago temperature of 97.6. There was a four pound weight difference in me from last week -- lower. I guess with summer in Arizona, I've got to be careful to remember to eat. Speaking of which, the nectarines that had been hanging around in the refrigerator were what I had been needing today. Sometimes refined sugar just revolts me.
