What the hell?

Eh? http://tonjasteele.keenspace.com is evidently in Websense's "Tasteless" category. I object!

I wouldn't be objecting if I weren't checking comics at school.

Hrmph! Tonja Steele isn't tasteless! Which reminds me, I need to catch up on reading TS, too, while I'm in the process of catching up on Boy Meets Boy. I can't read either at work, you see, as for some reason, I can't access ANY keenspace.com site from here. I dunno if it got blocked (I don't think so) but can take upwards of 5 minutes just to get one page from that site, from here. So I keep forgetting to read them when I'm at home. I'm about a month behind on BMB, I discovered last night.

I've never TRIED to access Sexy Losers from work. *giggle* That one definitely goes beyond the bounds of rules of what-we're-allowed-to-access. However, BMB is completely clean, just homosexually-oriented romance, and TS is just adult humor, but pretty clean at that. It just loads Really.Fucking.Slowly. So slowly that most of the time it times out, but occasionally you actually get something...just often enough for me to know that it's not actively blocked. I dunno what's up with that.

I would, too, if it weren't so very CONSISTENT from the work computer but NOT from home. (And it's not time of day, either, as I've accessed keenspace on days I was home sick.)

Every one I've been on, which was quite a few for a few months there, when they moved me around a lot. :) And from both IE and Netscape, too, as I couldn't get IE to run properly on one computer. *grimace* (Hate Netscape.)

Good bet it's network related. Try tracerouting from both work and home and see what you get.....I'll bet anything that some link somewhere is saturated and dropping packets.

oh, and try Mozilla...you might like it better than netscape :-)
(I'll keep my advocacy to myself....mostly :-)
