Monday the 4th January
* Belovedest did a gaming in the morning (their day off this week)
* Costco run in the late afternoon, groceries despite being a little shaky on the specifics
* 0 scooters or pushchairs available when we arrived (I don't do epic store tours with a mask because that's the straw that leaves me gasping for breath and needing my inhaler)
* Someone came out with one of the scooters within the first few minutes of waiting (Belovedest had to run back to the car to get the list)
* he drove the thing out into the parking lot to unload, sure
* except he had not secured the cord and it was dragging behind the scooter and through puddles
* when he had fully unloaded and drove it back, he was about to plug it in with the recently immersed and not dried off plug
* I took the scooter before that could happen
* two 27 gallon bins in the basket in front = difficult to navigate
* we were thinking about Home Depot but no
Tuesday the 5th January
* doctor day for me
* running late, both of us
* no change in A1C, to my pleased surprise (med changes, holiday, blue ball moved to harder to get)
* I will likely continue to occasionally take the max dose of the Metformin when I think it's necessary, because that actually works for me (this is not actually approved by this doctor)
* I think the other medication has some side effects I consider unacceptable (also not discussed at this time)
* reviewed my little blood pressure thingy and my records from same (BP is doing fine on second review with current meds regimen, p sure I have very bad white coat syndrome)
* assistant made sure to let me know that if I got bleeding despite my yeeterus, this was bad and a problem and not natural and normal
* yes, I have approximately 500 medications with dry mouth as a side effect, that is probably what is causing me to have dry mouth, eyes, and nose
* Nora called to make sure that I was aware that Lil Nas X's kid's book had dropped https://www.npr.org/2021/01/05/953349880/lil-nas-x-says-children-are-his-core-audience-right-now-and-thats-ok
* no, the 9am appointment in April does not work for me, let's try afternoon
* completely forgot that I had a BOGO for a burger, my bad
* I enjoy my tradition of spite burgers
