Games with Belovedest's old work friend J and her husband again, delayed by my fucking sleep schedule. I woke up sometime in the middle of the night, underslept. I eventually was able to nap. Then I had a Tizzy (scientific term) because I couldn't find my crochet hooks (any of the ones in the correct size) and also there were about 7 more nut bars in my bag than there had any business being there. But we eventually got there.
A while ago, one of their two cats (K) died. Around Christmas they had found another. Today she was actually visible! Her name is Rain. She has a little nest with an overview of the living room. Myr has Opinions! about all of these goings-on, and complains that her food is not up to standard, complains that she is not allowed to eat the Interloper's food, and (inevitably) complains after the Interloper's food disagrees with her.
We played a zombie card game that will likely have its instructions overhauled when it's available for public purchase. It got put on the Foist Off list. Then we played some Jackbox after my legs started complaining about the chair. We had dinner, basil beef, which was lovely. Then some Dictionarium to finish things off.
"Elfswish" is big Middle-Earth Drag Monarch energy, for those drag monarchs who are not hobbitses.
We got home quite late.
We finished 922nd in the PvP battles in gems, which scored us 2 purple ingots. We're fairly close to leveling all our purple weapons, at which point we can relax on our grinding.
