Sooooooo the example for "please don't nominate groups" is for the World of the Five Gods (which is the author's preferred series name, now that it's more than just Chalion) -- you cannot just nominate "The Five Gods" and call it a day.

Yuletide nominations are limited to four characters per fandom per person (I guess you could burn all your four slots on the same fandom?) and as such, nominating the entire Holy Family would be impossible, if you're working with just one fandom slot.

I can still nominate three other things, probably.

Wait, you can nominate the same fandom for more than one slot? I'd forgotten that. I had it in my head that you couldn't, but I must be thinking of signups, for which of course you can't because it'd fuck up matching.

Okay then, I'm... still not nominating "the Imperial Household" (Nine Worlds) but now I needn't choose between leaving out Suzen and worrying that if I don't nominate the juggernaut ship nobody else will and therefore nobody will request or offer that fandom. I am now thinking two slots: Juggernaut Ship, Vinyë, Melissa, Suzen, Aioru, Tanaea, and a player to be determined later but possibly Anastasiya or Aya or Pinyë.
