I'm right there with you. It's really sad how often I eat so much that I feel physically ill.

Actually, this was not stomach fullness, but the whole lactose issue... too much ice-cream, too much milk... and I am in general discomfort for the next while.

Ah.... Yeah, I have lactose intolerance issues too. Ugh.

I think I figured out when it happened, and how... if you keep drinking milk, you don't tend to develop lactose issues. Since my roommate and I were really broke for a while, and all the milk got saved for the kidling... yep. Not much milk for the Lunatic now.

The effects only last for an hour or two, once they kick in. During that hour or so, however, I'd better be staying very near a bathroom.

Wouldn't say screwed up so much as disabled milk processing. Honestly, all mammals become lactose-intolerant after being weaned. Western humans aren't completely weaned, you see. We just keep using the stuff. Evidently there's stuff you can take to help digest it; Mama uses it.

I know... There aren't even many cultures besides ours in which adults regularly drink milk, and non-human species don't drink milk after childhood. So actually it's pretty unnatural.

I still like ice-cream, though.

Me too. And I have no control. It's like either non, or one or two bites, or the whole frikkin' pint.

I have control; I just thought that I could handle the whole pint.

Evidently not.
