Demands of the Machine
Since I've started working out more frequently, my body's been craving exercise on a daily basis. Last night, in addition to working out with Votania in the afternoon, my body craved an hour and a half of swimming, and half a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Who am I to deny the reasonable demands of my body?
I can feel it in my shoulders this morning. Mmmm.
In other news, devoted readers as well as I may have noticed some attitude changes in me. Votania claims I'm becoming more mellow; I see myself becoming happier. Well, and not perturbed particularly easily in major ways. I'm still happily fluffheaded over minor amusing relationship drama, and that's because I like that excitement in my life, and it's not doing harm.
