I worry every day that somewhere inside me there's that bad seed that's germinated in the rest of my family... I mean.. you've seen them! THEY ARE HORRID! I've never known any other family to be this bad...and I've heard some shit lemme tell you!

I'm thankful that right now... I've not sprouted into a mandrake plant like them... I'm not deadly nightshade... I'm not a weeping willow...

hmmm... wonder what kind of plant I am sprouting into?

The fact that you're worrying about it and taking steps to make sure that if there's that bad seed in you, it won't find anyplace to grow is a sign that you're doing the right thing. It's people who know they're doing a great job and won't entertain the thought that there might be something wrong who you should worry about.

I have the potential to be a heavy-handed irrational abusive disciplinarian. This scares me beyond belief. As I'm mastering that, I'm getting a little calmer about the idea of someday having a kid.
