Why California?

Good things:

My relatives.
Our friends.


Unknowable things:

Whatever the hell reason it is that we seem to be in the process of being Called.

The idea of going somewhere I've never been makes me antsy.

I've been to California. Nice place, if a little Betan. (Evidently she did base Beta Colony on South CA.)
