She's having fun with Unemployment, et cetera, and in certification that she's the one bringing home the veggie-bacon, I made a written statement to the effect that she and I were together until we both wound up with bachelor's degrees.
Just confirmation of what we've already both talked over and decided, but it's a bit awe-inspiring to put pen to.
just remember that things can happen at a moments notice. After what I've been through, I NEVER make long term plans. It is a nice thought to have that piece of paper in my hand after graduating from some college out there in the world, it's also a nice thought to have a mansion with horses out back, but I'm only taking it one day at a time.
After messing myself up with no long-term planning, I'm starting to make long-term plans. Nothing particularly specific (by my standards), and it can be changed, but just a goal in the future to be aiming for, subject to change, but a general idea of where I'm likely headed.

The 5-6 years thing is just an estimate, based on my knowledge of my own pace, and guessing at yours.
