Recipe for one very odd Lunatic:

Leftover maraschino cherries.
Drain.
Soak in brandy for a few hours.

Take semi-sweet chocolate chips. Melt.

Remove cherries from brandy. Dry on paper towel.

Dip cherries in chocolate. Place on well-greased plate (I used plastic wrap as well as butter). Refrigerate.


Become intoxicated, cherried, and chocolated all at once. Mmm. Better than the storebought kind.

Yep. Industrial-sized bottle of cherries from Sam's Club, ditto with brandy and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Drain juice from cherries, add brandy, soak as long as desired, nuke chocolate, drain & dry cherries, cover cherries in chocolate with fork, stick in fridge.

Fun for the whole (21+) family...
