Thinking about it, and about the box of expensive-ass booze chocolates we saw in the store... I have just established that when you mix certain amounts of strong liquor with melted chocolate chips, one gets a combination that knocks people on ass.

So.

Mix chocolate and liquor, chill, form into balls, dip in straight molten chocolate chips, chill.

Hard outside, nice soft (and intoxicating!) center.
