Interesting things, in there. Interesting things.
I'm happy, though, having spent the day with my best friend, been clobbered over the head by a rose, and learned that titles aside, I truly am Darkside's best friend these days.
And, from a comment I made, some thoughts on the nature of Hell and Damnation.
My personal conceptualization of Hell, in the traditional Christian sense, is the utter absense of God. This includes the utter absence of God's good works, including music, joy, love, happiness, and all the other things that make life worth the living.
I seem to recall, from one of my brief skim-throughs of the Christian Bible-thing, was the concept that those who do the works of God, even in the name of another (or no name at all), are not damned; but those who repudiate God, even in the Name of God, are risking their eternal souls.
In order to damn yourself, with that viewpoint on things, would require you to not only deny the concept of God, but to actively work against the good things that are God, and to push those out of your life, and out of others' lives, and I doubt very much that you're doing that.
