32 lateral pulldowns @ 70 lbs
30 butterfly flaps @ 50 lbs
20 forward pulldowns @ 70 lbs
Up some in weight from the old standard workout; we're going to try to have fun with this.
Marx just noticed now that I've gotten smaller. Votania looked to be nearly bopping him over the head, as it's evidently about time he should be noticing, finally.
