Workout
50 x lateral pulldown @ 60 lbs
25 x butterfly flaps @ 50 lbs
35 x forward pulldown @ 60 lbs.
Considering that I've been going at it every day for the past little while, I'm surprised that I'm retaining this much strength, and am not completely worn out.
